Right now I will tell you how to make meme font on Photoshop
You know This is quiet easy ... :D
First of all open your image that you want to make a meme caption in it:
Then you have to select Text layer with Impact font ...and you should use white color:
and next you have to double click your writing point in the layer
and select stroke (the lowest selection):
And Voila you have your Image right now :
